Use of data from What is Everyone..
What is Everyone.. is a personal project. It’s not affiliated to any company or institute, nor do I use the dataset in a commercial manner. AI developers are encouraged to test their applications with the data to see if they really took into consideration ‘everyone’.
It’s not allowed to use the dataset for training AI or for any other purpose without my permission, both to respect the volunteers who participate in the project and for technical reasons (it’s not good to mix training and test data).
The pictures and information are also uploaded to the project’s Instagram account. This makes it easier for people to follow the project. Unfortunately, Instagram will probably suck the pictures and information into its own AI systems. I can’t do much to prevent that.
I will not disclose any personally identifiable information (names, emails, etc.) without permission (not that I would do it anyway). Faces and other personal details in pictures can always be blurred if asked. If people have any reservations afterwards, they can still contact me and I will try to fix it.
