What is everyone.. eating?

Everyone has to eat, but what do people around the world actually eat each day? To find out and as a part of my project What is Everyone.., I am collecting pictures of a person’s meal in each country of the world.

Of course, I can’t just travel to each country in the world to take a picture on a whim, especially now with the pandemic. That’s why I decided to ask my friends or friends of friends around the world if they want to share a digital meal with me: a meal through video chat.

I’ll do this until I’ve got a picture from someone’s food in every country of the world. You can follow the progress below (list based on the Britannica Encyclopedia). Currently, I’ve had a meal with someone from 4 countries out of 196 total.
